We have done 2 builds with Day Custom Homes and both experiences were excellent.  100% on time and 100% on budget, in fact both jobs finished sooner than expected. I am not one to post a review but I could not let this slide with out giving one recognition and praising the Day Custom Homes Team for an amazing job in building the perfect house that my family and I can call home! We entrusted Taylor and Courtney Day with the budgeting, design, consultation and building our dream home.  We were and still are incredibly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of trades recommended. They keep the timeline tight, maintained budget, responsive to our concerns, and delivered exactly what we envisioned.  To put things into prospective... They built a 7,500 sq.ft modern home including a 900 sq.ft cabana in less than 16 months.  But that is not it they also oversaw all the hardscape, pool install, basketball court and all landscaping and ensured all was built within the same time frame. We are now at our three year anniversary of moving in to our new home.  Taylor and his team were great to work with during the construction.  We completed on time and on budget in 12 months.  All of the follow up for warranty and maintenance over the past three years has been great.  I highly recommend DCH and have personally directed people to them. We’re 33% through to completion of our new modern home. The DCH Team is moving with pace and we’re already 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule. You can see the build in progress on IG under Project_Cardinal. Taylor, Courtney, Ashley and Robb are lovely to deal with and regularly in touch and on-site keeping us up to date and supporting us to make the best decisions based on cost, quality and timing.
